Background: SAP Customer Experience LIVE is the city tour event series of the SAP Customer Experience product group. The focus is on generating awareness and showcasing product to C-level business leaders.
Impact: The three one-day events in London, Dubai and Munich attracted close to 3,000 attendees, generated over 150 sales meetings and had a reach of over 9 Million total impressions across social media channels.
Assets created: SAP Customer Experience event branding, visual design concept, event website, event email campaign, social media banner ads, indoor and outdoor graphics, way-finding signs, booth graphics for SAP product and vendors, event experience, stage design, LED screen signs, speaker PPT presentations, furniture, buttons, badges, lanyards, swag, t-shirts, give-aways.
